Peanut Butter Kiss Cookies

Servings: approximately 18 cookies

Ingredients:

1 cup creamy peanut butter

1 large egg

1 cup sugar

1/4 tsp vanilla extract

Directions:

Step 1

Mix peanut butter, egg, sugar, and vanilla extract in electric mixer.

Step 2

Scoop into balls using spoon or small ice cream scooper.

Step 3

Bake 350 degrees F for approximately 10 min.

Step 4

Place pan on wire rack and press Hershey’s kiss to center of cookie to cool.
